Stiglitz joins the chorus of Judases. He served in the Clinton Administration as the chair of the President's Council of Economic Advisors (1995 – 1997).
I'm so chuffed about this.
I'm a great fan of his. He was wonderful taking on the IMF and the World Bank.
I loved his stuff on globalization
I've often wondered whom he fancied for this primary.
This is super.
Honestly, one of the things that has me as happy about Obama as I am is not him but those who support him and those in his "think tank"... Here are two more feathers for that cap.
I love that Stiglitz described his speech on the economy brilliant. A Nobel Laureate does not throw that title around lightly. Especially on CNBC! Yes, the possibility of really smart people informing the government is quite encouraging.
Obama understands economics better than Clinton. (soem examples are discussions during previous debates about the cost of cap and trade, and the consequences of her proposal to put a moratorium on mortgage interest rates-i.e. price copntrol) She is better at pandering to people on kitchen table "economic" issues, but she does not understand how economics works.
Ha! Krugman can stuff it!!! Sen. Obama should use this clip for an ad. OBAMA 08!
