Hillary Clinton: Fighting to Save the Jobs Bill Helped Ship to China
Hillary Clinton is running an ad in Indiana blaming the Bush administration for outsourcing the guidance systems of smart bombs to China. Although the factory didn't move until 2001, the sale of the company which put this in motion was approved by the Clinton Admin in 1995 (despite concerns at the time).
