Hillar Clinton will be President.
Well, I see it is sinking in.
Yes, his former pastor is taking his fifteen and making it into a movement.
A movement to sell books and throwing Obama under the bus.
This is the biggest self inflicted train wreck I have ever witnessed.
It so ugly even mcwar backed off.
So get over it, come back when you get it out of your system and lets unite with a winner, Hillary Clinton to win this time.

Thanks for that clarification. Now clarify this: President of what? The Association of Veterans of Tuzla? The Dr. Strangelove Fan Club?

Sorry, we are celebrating. Too much Crown.
Great day for Clinton and our country.

Are you seriously such a Hillbot that you are drinking the brand that your beloved candidate choked down under peer pressure to pander to the 'little people'?

He will tour the world to try to get our credibility back.
Rice is a pathetic failure along with the rest and President Carter is doing her job.
She will use both to finally get a peace deal in the Middle East.
Peace and prosperity.

Oops, Hillary Clinton will be President.
With her very high net worth she could probably buy the title of "president for life" in some little county somewhere, a country in which her approval ratings aren't hovering slightly above a fourteen-year low.

The ironic thing is there's nothing about this primary process that's vetted Hillary. She's tried to make her weakness her opponents, by making him look scandal-ridden. But nobody's looking at Hillary at all. If she were to get to the general, they will. Fundraising weirdness, Bill's affairs, pardons, donors and overseas adventures. It will be the 90s all over again, except without the economic prosperity. Because Obama has not "gone there" it's created this illusion among her supporters that it's going to be smooth sailing. Every single night on the news will be a new scandal--a hard thing for a woman with a ceiling of half the country approving of her. And that was before this primary.
April 28, 2008 11:23 PM | Reply | Permalink
Oh, I guess you don't remember the thousands of subpoenas and the vetting she took trying to get health care passed.
It was ugly but the gop have no shame.
They got nothing.
April 28, 2008 11:26 PM | Reply | Permalink
Actually, they got Bill disbarred for perjury and obstruction, got him impeached though not convicted, forced him to pay about $1MM to Paula Jones, and arguably crippled Gore's campaign, resulting in the rise of the Shrub.
So not quite nothing.
April 28, 2008 11:36 PM | Reply | Permalink
He got it back and Gore tossed the President under the bus. Joe Liberman as VP?
I would not blame that on the President.
April 28, 2008 11:57 PM | Reply | Permalink
Yeah, they really hurt him, huh? $109,000,000 and counting...and he's earned every penny.
April 29, 2008 1:43 AM | Reply | Permalink
It's the Clintons who have no shame. And got nothing.
But that's beside the point.
The point is, Hillary is not going to be our next president. She isn't even going to be the nominee.
Make yourself useful, and start sharpening your nails against McCain.

mcwar is self inflicting destructing too.
Poor guy has mental problems and will not release his medical records. He is all over the place in his positions. Long term torture effects I suppose.
Obama will drop out in June maybe sooner. It is over for Obama.
I feel for the folks at Daily kos.
They are unhinged.

Do you seriously believe they got nothing? Seriously? Do you think 1993 was all the ammunition they had on Hillary (which, of course, destroyed health care) and now they'll just shrug and say, "Well, we have nothing on her! Gee whilikers!"

No, they were cleared of all accusations.
The Dems stabbed the President in the back instead of fighting back as usual. Spineless.

To echo LisB -- Hillary Clinton will not be the next president or even the Dem. nominee.
I've believed, all this time, gotalife, that you are a progressive Dem and that in the general you will vote for the nominee, even if it is Obama. I hope you will join us.
BTW, your post enabled me to scoot on to Obama's site and donate.

Oh and No Anneeliz, None of them really believe that!
Again, if they think she can wrestle this away from Obama and there be no fall out, combined with the Pukes really want to run against her, the media doesnt like her by her own admission......lol.....I say it again, not in a million years will she be President!

Listen, if Hillary is the nominee, practice saying President McCain. Because there is no way in hell that she's going to get the presidency when 37% of the country thinks she's honest and trustworthy. There is also no way in hell that she can become president by losing 40% of the African American vote and Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

No, Obama would NOT run third fiddle.
He'd have wasted his time there.
But, it won't happen, so no point talking about it.

Well for this Obama supporter if he becomes her VP candidate, I will never foregive him for that, because thats not change! So I doubt that he would do that, knowing that is not change, and if he sold it as so, he would lose all his credibility...So please with that rummor...It just doesnt fit!

Not going to happen.
I have no idea where Obama's career goes after he drops out.
April 29, 2008 12:08 AM | Reply | Permalink
You keep avoiding Hillary's trustworthy issues and the fact that many people strongly dislike her. She's also alienated the activist base of her party and many of them are willing to write in Obama or completely skip voting for a president and instead will vote downticket to ensure a democratic majority in Congress. So, IF Obama is not the nominee, practice saying President McCain.

Uh-oh, I don't have a little picture like everyone else does, oh well just remember that doesn't make me deficient, that only makes me different, and I hope you're laughing.
I'm a Hillary fan but I like Obama too, and I feel badly that his pastor is making a real mess for him. Still, I've always known Hillary would be the nominee because she's more electable against McCain. She's experienced all that good ol fashioned GOP hatred and so has Bill. Stuff Obama isn't ready for not to mention in other areas such as being able to broker across party lines. I'm excited we'll have our first woman president, and all the nay-sayer's don't worry me. One bit. 4-8 years of peace & prosperity sound very good to this Oregonian tonight. TTFN, & peace...
