From a bitter Pennsylvanian
Yes, yes, yes, people are bitter. As they should be. The con-man cheeriness of George W. Bush is unbecoming to the Clintons who have forgotten all too quickly how to feel our pain. In fact, given the current economic crisis, it is downright indecent. It's an cynical insult to voters' intelligence to say that the national mood is A-OK and hunky-dory. It smacks of Soviet-type propaganda. It is Soviet-type propaganda. Oh, let's face it, it's just disgusting.
Oh, and now they're pro-gun, too, just in time when it became politically convenient. Next thing, we'll learn that Hillary Clinton-McCain has actually been dispensing the very sniper fire that pin her down in Bosnia, all because she's such an avid hunter and gatherer.
The Clintons don't try to save the Democratic party by pre-empting attacks on Obama and showing his built-in weakness in the coming general election.
Far from that, they actively invent new lines of attack to develop Obama's weakness where there was none previously. The "Obama is Muslim" B.S. is obviously coming from them, not from the Republicans.
The Clintons are only concerned with their election or re-election, nothing else. They devoutly believe that the position should be theirs no matter what, even if that costs Democrats a defeat in this election. They are a cynical duo of big-time cons, just like Bush, Jr., although he, compared to them, is only a small-time con man.
The Clintons are in a kamikaze mode, and they will not stop until they destroy Obama's chances this year so she can run again in 4 years.
Sane people support Obama.
