No she won't close the deal in NC for a number of reasons. Her only real hope at this juncture lies with the super delegates, for this to happen she has to last until the end and finish strong. She will need a major fundraising infusion and faces the possiblilty of eroding support from voters that might have supported her, but now wish she would concede a loss. It's uphill from here on out.
If she wins in NC, it means his base has fractured. He would definitely be hurt, but there is nothing to stop either candidate from going all the way to the convention if they choose to. It is highly unlikely that she can win NC.
