TIME OUT!
The comment boards today are like a middle school playground. You know what I mean. I'm guilty of it too.

PLEASE, before we lose any more ground, lets STOP.
In order to preserve the value of everything that has made you so passionate about your candidate and this campaign, please join me in STEPPING BACK for a breath.
Call it a truce, call it a moratorium, a recess, breather, regroup, whatever.
Lets just STOP.
EVERYTHING.
Commenting, blogging, researching, reading every posted word that anybody writes on any political site anywhere.....
Forget taxes, forget NAFTA, forget Resko, forget Hsu....
No Drudge, no Limbaugh, no McCain....
For 24 hours, lets not even think about WHO'S RUNNING. Forget there's even a primary.
Please. We're all too close to this now, and its hurting everyone's chances. Lets take a break, regain our class, composure, and vitality, and come to our senses.

Trees

This post is like walking into an airport and telling everyone not to travel that day. I appreciate the attempt, though... feeling a bit like a junkie myself today.
