As I don't see any comment below the title, I assume this post lists John McCain's valid reasons why this tax approach should be implemented.

Just spotted this spring's first robin in my backyard! Man, this winter might end after all!

Though you don't offer a post to a post to shore up your headline, I think that this is perfectly evident based on the tax code as it stands. As such, I agree.
