Harris(7 ) 196;O's county wide vote was 43
Jefferson (17&4)102;O's county wide was 60
Tarrant (9); O's country wide was 55

Tarrant 9 has 312 delegates which is 55% of the total for Tarrant.

11 42 correcting mistakes above.
The right numbers are as follows:
all the remaining large blocks are from districts Obama carried in the Primary.
Colin 180 delegates; Obama's primary vote % was 56
Harris(7 )196;O's county wide(not just 7) vote was 57%
Jefferson (17&4)102 ;O's county wide was 60%
Tarrant (9);312 the largest remaining unreported block of delegates.
O's county wide was 55%.Since Tarrant (9) contains 55% of the total Tarrant
delegates Obama's primary vote there had to have been at least 50% or he couldn't have achieved a 55% county wide share. So at the worst he'll split these remaining 312 delegates .
