Pelosi Dream Ticket Redux: Can you hear me now?
Just in case anyone thought she didn't really mean it, Pelosi reiterates her earlier position on the Clinton-Obama, Obama-Clinton ticket possibility.
..."Take it from me, that won't be the ticket."

What's wrong with this woman. Doesn't she think the congress already has low enough approval rating? Why does she have to be so hell-bent to rule out that? Is this really necessary? this is unbecoming for someone at her position. If she does not open her mouth, nobody would have though she cannot talk.
I just filed a call earlier from DCCC asking for my donation. I flatly told the woman the DCCC would not get a penny from me with this woman on the helm of the house.

This depresses me to some degree. I mean, I have come to hate Hillary and I quite honestly see no way these two could govern together. However, Bill Clinton had it right when he said the two together would be unstoppable. My dream is that these two agree to FL and MI do overs and agree that there will be a unity ticket with the winner of pledged delegates at the top. Can you imagine the butt the Dems would kick in November?? (OK, my underlying assumption here is that Obama gets the top of the ticket because I'm not quite as convinced about the butt kicking if she is on top.)

A "Unity" ticket would be a disaster. Nothing in the long history of the Clintons points to Hillary (or Bill) working effectively under an Obama presidency. Both would be freelance artists and terrible headaches to the administration.
Hillary could much better serve Obama and the Democrats in the senate, and Bill could go back to re-repairing his image again.

If you missed Pelosi's comments (which you obviously did) her remarks were placed in the context of Hillary's backhanded endorsement of John McCain. So, as Obama has pointed out, you can't on one hand argue that someone is incapable of being commander in chief and then turn around and argue that they should be a heart beat away form the presidency.
