I guess that I am a person with no back bone. At least that is what I would be called by the voices that I hear in my head that emanate from Air America and Rush. I am led to believe that I can't be for a little of this and a little of that. It has to be the right wing conservative or the left wing liberal.
      Sorry folks, I am a cherry picker, a fence sitter, and a member of the silent majority. 
       I believe I need to vote the issues not the party line. I am all for reducing green house gasses. I believe that we need alternative fuels. I believe that a strong military is a must. I believe that we need a different health care system. I believe that we must change the way we teach our kids. I believe that my money is mine and you can't take it from me. But I will give freely if asked. I love a strong executive branch. The last thing is that sometimes we need to put the fear of you know what into someone that my have information that will save lives. OK, its called torture.

    This partisan civil war we are having in politics is creating an unhealthy climate for all America. Are we going into the general election looking for change or are we looking to see if we can make the other side pay for what they did for the past 8 years if you are Dem. Or I am going to vote against the Horrible Clinton Machine and I dont care who becomes president because of that. 
    
   The first idea I had when I sat down to write this was, The Middle of the Road and Obama. I changed the title because I didnt say anything about the man. I only talked about my inner workings. However, I believe that Mr Obama is what we need right now. It doesn't  matter if he can't take a 3 am phone call (by the way, I dont think many of the past presidents had that on there resume before they were elected. Eisenhower is the only that comes to mind.) or that he is not a woman.

Ronald Reagan said everything was going to be alright and we believed him. Obama has that same persona and Change is what we need believe right now
