Obama's new talking point

Should be:

"Hillary Clinton cannot win blacks in a general election, because she's proven unable to win them in the primary."

Essentially the equivalent of this preposterous spin that Obama can't win CA or NY in the general and Hillary can.

I like it, but worry that it would cast him as only the black candidate, when in reality his support is wide.

You're right though. HRC must know that she can't win November without Barack as VP.

But it's true. he won't use the talking point, but in this Hillary-hating MSM (ha!) I'm surprised the question isn't how stunningly the Clintons threw away the black vote.

They tanked the Party before so why would they care if they did it again? The Clintons are Dixie Republicrats not true Dems. What have they done to help the party in the past 10 years?

The thing is, it is true. Hillary Clinton is a sure fire loser in November because she has thrown away the African-American vote. Every time her supporters post about how the supers will throw the nomination her way because she seems like the stronger candidate in August, I shake my head. Because, if it happens, I predict that African-Americans walk out of the convention en masse. And come the November election, the term blackout will have a new meaning.
