I am an Obama Supporter
I am an Obama Supporter.
I do not believe Clinton or 99.9 percent of her supports are racist, the idea that they might be is just wrong.
I believe Clinton would be a fine president and has run a good campaign. There have been bumps but nothing that has led me to believe that she couldn't be a very good presidential candidate.
I believe that any issue argued on the internet is going to have people that use tactics that will alienate the other side. I don't care if you are arguing over the flavor of ice cream, you are going to have people so alienated by the strawberry lovers that they will deem strawberry as the devil berry and have nothing to do with the fruit. I urge people to keep this in mind when they are making judgments and decisions based on discussions on the internet.
I don't believe any candidate should drop out, step down, or otherwise submit to the will of a majority. It is a decision that must be made by the candidate. I found it discouraging that so many people disparaged Paul and Huckabee for staying in. People have a right to campaign and educate the electorate about the choices, even if they have no chance, in the case of Paul and Huckabee toward the end, they still do society a great service just by allowing ideas to be expressed.
I could go on about why I believe, despite his failings, Obama would make a great president but I'd be preaching to the choir, what I do want to do is demonstrate what I think 90% of the Obama supporters on this blog feel in hopes that the Clinton supporters will be more aware of the solidarity that exists and not just focus on the few that don't represent the message Obama has been trying for the last year to express.

I'm sorry but... what color is a strawberry?
Exactly.
Devilberry.
If you can't see that, I can only assume you're a devilberry worshiper.

Blueberries are ready to go into yogurt on day one! What will you do when you're called at 3 am by somebody demanding yogurt and all you have are devilberries?

Hehe, I don't like you much Destor, but that was funny.
P.S. I don't really dislike you by the way, I just disagree with you a lot and I am being an smart ass today.

I know Jsmith. I'm a smart ass too, so I understand that I can be... um... anoying at times. I've also crossed the line a few times during the Hillary/Obama fracas and I'll probably cross the line again.
But someday we're going to have a nominee and you'll see how much fun it is to agree with me, while I find out how much fun it is to agree with you. And you won't mind as much when I cross the line on that McCain sucka.

Heh, well said, I'm looking forward to it.
Imagine all this Eye jabbing and skull cracking when we can focus it on Mcain. Now that will be fun.

Great post Reasonating.
I'd only suggest we cross the line on McCain _now_. Enough of this intersquabble - the guy is getting a national free ride even when he's travelling with Cheney. CHENEY!
I think we could all join in the fun and it would remind us of what we have in common. And since the MSM won't do it, it's our civic duty.

Exactly. It gets us nowhere to say Clinton supporters are vile racists (on thin evidence). I'm glad Obama seemed to tackle this issue a little today, from all sides. I wish the Obamabots were as sharp as he is.
