Hillary Supporters: Do You Reject and Denounce Republican Crossovers?
You are a Senator Clinton Supporter. She is a very viable candidate for President. Unfortunately, her chances of getting the Democractic nomination are very, very slim. If you are a Hillary supporter, do you reject and denounce Republican efforts to cross over, vote for her, so they can vote AGAINST her in November? Do you ask her not to continue running if this is the case?

I listened to "the press Pool" on XM POTUS08 tonight. they interview all the major journalists covering the presidential contest.
just caught a bit but the journalist (From the Hill i think) who was being interviewed said that he had been speaking to a lot of conservative republican legislators. they decided that it would be better to get either Dem. as president because 1) the economy would get worse before it got better and the president will get the blame even tho they won't be responsible and 2) "McCain would send over the same legislation any way and they would be able to enthusiastically block Democratic bills but would be very hard pressed to block McCain's bills" (paraphrase but that was my take away).
very sobering. haven't quite figured what I think yet of that.

...do you reject and denounce Republican efforts to cross over...
Wait. I already did that when Little Baby Jesus was pulling in republican votes. But Barry's Boys loved getting those votes back then.
Funny how things change, isn't it?

Why are you attempting to consider people honestly won over to the democratic party by Obama with Republicans voting in primaries as agents of Rush Limbaugh to thwart the democratic party? I'm sure Hillary has had to won over some republicans to her cause legitimately but that isn't the question. The question is whether or not you disapprove of Rush Limbaugh helping Hillary in order to disrupt the democratic party's chances.

Oh yeah, the close relative who voted for Obama but told me he'd vote McCain in November in any case was really "won over".
The advantage of supporting the more cynical candidate is you don't have to believe your own shit. Though it'll probably be hard to convince you that baseless optimism is a disadvantage.

I'm an Obama supporter and I have no problem with Republicans crossing over to a Democratic candidate in a primary as long as they intend to vote for the Democrat in November. I think it's safe to say the dittoheads aren't voting for a Democrat in November, don't you?

my republican friends who have crossed over and voted for hilliary tell me they have every intention vote for mc cain in the fall election but they also hedging their bets. if john mccain loses they would rather hilliary win the presidency than OBAMA. many in PA are cross over voting for this purpose and this purpose alone. In Pa they are not technically crossover as they have to register Dem.
btw I wish more state parties adopted rules like in CA where Repubs are restricted and independents are allowed

I heard a father and son after golfing in a very Republican suburb saying to eachother that it was 'maybe time to let a woman try, our boy Bush sure has messed things up"

What I want to know is why the attorneys-general haven't hauled him in yet. Go to his website and check out Operation Chaos.
