Do you remember "Why Should God Bless America?" ?
This has been bothering me for the last several days.
Does anybody remember this story from last year? At the so-called "Values Voters" meeting a song was sung calling on God to damn America, albeit in slightly nicer words.

The fact that this event did not get the endless MSM play that Rev. Wright has been getting is Exhibit A in the case for media bias against the Democrats.

The MSM has flooded the airwaves with a story about Obama and his 20 year relationship with Rev. Wright.
What about the near 50 year relationship between Republican Presidents and the "Moral Majority", the Christian right?
Ronald Reagan invited the "controversial" Jerry Falwell to the White house on numerous occasions. He even asked for Falwell''s guidance regarding foreign policy.
Look, I don't mind people asking Obama to denounce "un-American" comments made by right. As long as they fess up to decades of courting those on the religious right who have been as equally controversial. Further, to say that they didn't know about the rerprehensible things people like Falwell and others
were preaching (many times, inside the White House) is pathetic.

It's not quite fair to use this to accuse the GOP establishment of hypocrisy here, because none of the establishment candidates went to this debate.
