Clinton on CiC threshold: I voted to start this war and I'm the one who will end it!

Seriously?  Is this from the school of "I brought you into this world and I can take you out?"

I honestly do not understand why she is continuing to push the CiC argument via her unprotected Iraq humvee.  She certainly has other achievements to highlight IMHO.  Even if they aren't 100% airtight, wouldn't it be better than dredging up the Iraq vote again?

Please help me to understand the logic on this one - I'm truly stumped.

For all those who say that Clinton "will do anything to get elected", you must agree that her refusal to apologize for the Iraq vote is an unsolved mystery.

So many people apologized, distanced themselves from this or that, and here we have a stubborn Hillary sticking to her guns. How can she be damaging herself like this when all she wants is to win? Why is that?

Hillary Clinton ending the war is like Eliot Spitzer giving up prostitutes. Spitzer giving up prostitutes doesn't doesn't change the fact that his going to prostitutes was wrong. It doesn't change the fact that what he did hurt his wife and children and probably caused more hurt that folks are not even aware of. If Clinton is elected president she should end the war but it doesn't change the fact that she voted to authorize it in the first place and that by doing so she can be held accountable for trillions of wasted dollars, thousands of lost lives, incredible maiming and injury of civilians and soldiers. So, yes, she should end the war but I'd rather cast my vote for someone who had the wisdom to oppose the war from before it began.

She thinks it makes her look "strong".

Hey, isn't that the way Bush tries to look strong? Gosh........

Her foreign policy advisors should be the subject of MSM coverage, not Pastor Wright or Geraldine Ferraro: she is surrounded with the DLC foreign policy types who were in favor of the war, but thought it was managed badly. They believe what the neocons believe. And so does Hillary.

She is just like McCain on the war, unless her poll numbers tell her to do something about it. She'd be happy either way, as long as she looks good. Totally amoral.
