Saw this posted on DKos and thought it important enough to get people to look at, everywhere.
This is a good look at the effect of Senator Obama's speech on young people. The dialogue has begun.

I just watched it and I was crying..I don't know why but I just cried. This is why we need Obama and this is why it is important for us to support this man now and while he is in the White House. He said "we are the ones we have been waiting for". Some people thought that was weird, but I understood exactly what he ment. He is a catalist to what we have within us and we have been waiting for ourselves.
Let the discussions continue and the healing can start.
