This is scary. You know that there are little human beings running all this stuff, but you try not to think about people sticking their noses into your own information.
Even assuming there was no evil intent or vast conspiracy, it's still scary.

All that the State Department knows at this point is what the low level employees, who tried to cover this up, have told them.
