Wins do not make momentum

It is not his mumber of wins that gives Sen Obama the Big Mo.  It is the way he has run the score up.  In many states he did not have a margin of victory.  He had a ratio of victory.  When you beat your oponent by 2:1 that makes them look weak.  Looking weak makes you look unelectable.  Looking unelectable makes you loose.

If Sen Obama can win tomarow  by a large margin it will go a long way towards convincing the undecideds in future contests to vote for him since he looks dominant.  If we see margins of victory in the neighbor hood of twenty percent then his chances of winning contests that Sen Clinton is counting on looms large.  If we see even one of the contests with a ratio of victory then she is done.

5:2, 2:1, and 3:1 yesterday. Damn good ratios of victory!
