Obama's lead in Gallup Daily Poll vaporizes
After leading Clinton outside the margin of error in 2 of the last 3 days, today Barack Obama's support dropped by 3 points (his largest drop in 14 days), putting Clinton and Obama back into a statistical tie, according to the Gallup Daily Tracking Poll.

The national poll is irrelevant. Most of the nation has already voted. It's polls in the remaining primary states that matter, especially TX and OH.
(And I said the same thing when the polls showed Obama leading, so it's not a politically motivated comment.)

I know that with tons of info available these days, it's a great temptation to watch polls like a stock ticker, but the local fluctuations aren't the issue, you have to do moving averages.
The story is that for nearly 2 years HRC was considered the inevitable front-runner and now the polls show that things are in a dead heat.
In fact, it was *Hillary's* lead that vaporized.
Things are likely to stay in a dead heat for nearly 2 weeks... regardless of minor up and down ticks for either candidate.
Besides, watching stock tickers is so 90's.
Just like the Clintons.
