Michigan and Florida will be seated
Because they will not effect the outcome. There will not be any new cacuses to reapportion the delegates. They will just be seated with all non-Clinton delegates awarded to Obama. I have been looking at her margin of victory in each state and if they award the delegates that way she will only net aproximately 16 delegates. If you award delegates by letting them split Edwards delegates in FL that still only nets her aproximately 51 delegates. Byt the time the remaining primaries are decided that will have no effect because Sen Obama will have secured the 1627 pledged delegates needed. If he wins them there is no way the Supers will overturn the popular vote. Sen Clinton May be willing to tear the party apart to secure the nomination but she will not find a majority of supper delegates who are willing to help her do it.
I got that magic number from - http://www.obamaiswinning.com/ which I found through The Daily Dish.

I actually had the exact same conclusion, estimating 51 meaningless delegates as well, I hope it turns out that way:
