John "S" McCain: what does that "S" stand for John?
"Superduper war hawk"?
"Sexy lobbyists"?
"Some wingnuts don't like me"?
"Straight talk sidelined"?
"Somebody shut Rush up"?
"Soooo many white men at my campaign stops"?
"Shenanigans before the election are expected"?
"So lucky that Mitt, Rudy, and Fred were horrible campaigners"?
"Stay in Iraq for 100 years"?
Ok - I know that the "S" stands for Sidney but I thought it would be fun to come up with ideas on what it REALLY stands for. Especially since GOP wingnuts apparently believe that someone's middle name should scare the bejesus out of American voters.
I think the "scare" tactic will utterly fail. The only people who are going to think that Obama's names are an important issue are the same people who watch Bill O'Reilly, think Mexicans are stealing our jobs, and that we were attacked by Iraq on 9/11.
Other ideas on the S?

Actually, don't play it up yet. I'm more interested in getting my Republican friends to fall into the trap that all presidential candidates are called by their middle name and then asking them what John McCain's middle name is. I'd wager most of them don't even know it begins with an S.

Sidney, what kind of name is that for a war hero? Thats one step away from Nancy, or Little Mary Sissypants. Mabye the S stands for Schoolgirl.

I believe the "S" stands for "Songbird." Apparently while incarcerated in the Hanoi Hilton, he allegedly made disparaging remarks about the U.S. and allegedly collaborated with N. Vietnam in producing anti-American propoganda, although it was only shown in N. Vietnam. But the U.S. knew about it and suppressed it. The "songbird" moniker was his given nickname by others in the prison. And he really had it in for post-war POW/MIA accountability groups who wanted American intel on the POWs/MIAs; however, McCain had all POW/MIA records branded as classified, apparently to hide his own scurrilous actions. And he went after those requesting legitimate information. Everybody, determine this for yourself. Go to freedomscribe.com - read the opening - then watch McCain on the videos. This needs to be spread far and wide, to show the "real" John McCain. War Hero? Hmmmm..............
