Did any NonPartisan CA voters have trouble?

This story is picking up steam in local L.A. TV stations. It turns out that many Nonpartisan voters participating in the Democratic primary were confused by the very top dot on the ink voter cards. The directions weren't very clear: my wife and I had to pause for a minute or two to figure it out.
However, it turns out that many Nonpartisans had issues with this, and their votes might not count. This probably hurts Obama the most, since he generally has drawn more independents.
My question is, Are there any Nonpartisans who had the same trouble? Are you concerned your vote didn't count? Or do these numbers not amount to enough to have tipped the tide for Obama?

What tide? Hillary is winning California 2-1. The so-call tide that you speak about was just another example of the elite liberal media trying to sell the America people a bag of goods on their affirmative action candidate.

I voted this morning in Orange County as a Decline to State. I told the "young lady" I wanted a Democratic ballot. We have electronic ballots here in the OC. She plugged in the right number, I made my choice, and voted in 60 seconds.

No problems and concerns whatsoever.

Do I think it would have tipped the tide? No idea. I would think that the exit pollers would have asked about this group, given that they make up 20% of the electorate.
