At last, euthanasia...

Today the Supreme Court finally came down on the side of euthanasia, upholding a federal court of appeals that, some months ago, put the Fourth Amendment out of its misery in a loving and supportive way.

The lower court held that the ACLU cannot challenge the Bush administration's secret warrantless domestic spying program because -- ta da -- the ACLU can't prove it was being spied upon.  ("secret"... get it?)   So as long as we can't prove who exactly was spied upon -- information it would be a crime to reveal -- no one has standing to challenge the legality of the program.

Some sources claim the Fourth Amendment was only in a Bush-induced coma.  They maintain that it should not have been euthanized because it would have recovered "real soon."  Doubters note that these same sources frequently report flying pigs over the Supreme Court Building...

Who wrote the decision? Justice Milo Minderbinder?
