I think it all depends on what story the media decides it wants to tell. I have a hunch AG AG's testimony was intentionally all over the map. That kind of thing flumoxes the pundits.
Anybody's guess, but the real fight is joined right now. Go make some noise. Make sure *we* get to tell this story.

Pardon doesn't really do much to the civil case. Emptywheel has lots of good analysis on this issue over at The Next Hurrah (will require some digging in the archives, but it's worthwhile).

I believe it's a matter of public record that Larry is pissed about Valerie's outing, and continues to take it very personally. I'm pretty sure he's not joking. I certainly didn't read it as a joke. He's angry. Not cracking wise.

Just applying logic, when someone employs me to do something, I expect them to tell me what they want as a final product, and if they don't ask for a written report I would not volunteer one.
I think this is correct. If I recall correctly, Josh has commented on this aspect in the past. I also believe, in his book, Wilson explained the lack of a report. If memory serves, this is SOP for the CIA: they aren't interested in your take on a situation, they're interested in the facts. That's what a debriefing is for. The CIA interprets the facts, not you.
