He's basically complaining because the bloodsporters he used to hang around with didn't protect him. Such is the way of honor among thieves, as they say, but he still has the ear of the media so it can't be all bad.

Considering who is currently in the White House, and with McCain offering more of the same, anyone selected by Barack Obama would certainly keep the change message alive.
By that logic it doesn't matter who the Democratic party selects as its presidential nominee.
