  • NYT-by and large- has become a newspaper of irrelavent psuedo-philosphical political bull shit. Bizzare, abstract headlines coupled with episodic, hole-filled reporting. Where is the times that broke government scandals and held them accountable?

    Unfortunately, others are only worse.

Anyways, that's my only concerns mostly. Not Obama tactics, or McLame strages, or Palin B.S., if anyone can sink this election it's the MSM.

  • What a sorry ass bunch repugs are? I'm actually ashamed to be living in a nation that tolerates and even rewards such blatant bullshit. What does this have to do with anything?

Will his nonsensical bull shit fix healthcare or economy? Half of the country is filled with dumbfucks, and the other half of us are suffering for 8 years because of them. Holy fucking non-sense. I never thought I could despise anyone more than GWB, but this guy is desperate.

My only plea for this country- hope we're not subjected to another four years of this misery, pain, and helplessness.

  • With all due respect your advice is just plain stupid. The presidential candidate playing attack against VP woman pick of the opposition party? You gotta be kidding...the sooner Palin becomes yesterday's news (or better non-existant or no news) the quicker we can resume focusing entirely on McLame.

The Obama v. Palin is the exact fight G.O.P wants, for Obama to come down and squabble with a lady well below his league.

In my mind Obama is doing most of the things right to win this election, if he still looses- that says plenty about how self-destructive we're as a nation.

  • I sensed a renewed (or fresh) authority and confidence in this tone. we don't know how Palin would affect the race, but Obama seems least bothered at this time.

I say, Obama internals numbers perhaps are very strong at this time.

  • Eric,

I'm sorry to ask you but do you have any credentials or background to report or interpret the polls. Honestly? You're know different in your poll reports than junk on TV.

Do you see any correlated tabs that connect Obama numbers to Palin? Please...know your limitations.

I said the same thing when an Obama leading poll was published, they don't mean much.

  • Al Hunt made an excellent point on Charlie Rose the other night. In 1984, when Mondale nominated Geraldine Ferraro for Vice President, there was unprecedented excitment and energy for the first couple of weeks, then it began to fell apart like a stage show of amatuers in Poughkeepsie.

Honestly, Obama is in the best position today to win this race then ever before. She hasn't faced single serious national interview since her nomination.
