She has shown her intelligence by not backing up McBush's campaign with a loan and forcing him to violate the campaign finance laws he wrote by promising public money as colateral for a campaign loan; then illegally backing out of the Public Financing of his campaign against the FEC chair's warnings.

McBush further violated the federal election laws he helped write by abusing special rules to get on the primary ballot in at least 8 states, including Ohio, saving millions of dollars for his campaign.
