  • Thanks for heads up going to read right now.

For the sake of Obama I hope this is real - but I have to say she has long since passed my personal threshold for forgiveness or redemption. Kitchen sinks are notoriously irretrievable and certain bells are unringable. And sadly, she has already given McCain all the cover he needs to engage in this filth on a more sly level. What's saddest is that she pulled the high-ground argument from under Dems - Repubs can now always say that one of us sunk to the same levels as their Atwaters and Roves.

  • Genghis -

Once again funny fare from you. You should post ppt in her name on 'StuffWhitePeopleLike' site :)

And not that you need any help - but I am compelled to respond to the bizarre rant upthread on two counts. The fact that this person has their head so far up their arse that they didn't hear her USA Today 'hard-working, white voters' intvw as the dog-whistle it was - and put that together w/ her pathetic ppt - but somehow sees your joke as 'playing the race card' illustrates exactly the sort of her voters that we can write off and frankly I won't miss.

And clearly, this is from someone so new to the site that they don't know the high level of regard for you by both Dems' supporters as one of the most even-handed and quality posters here. Clearly, the etiquette and prudence of familiarizing one's self w/ a site and its regulars before launching broadsides at the very least to make sure their attacks are grounded in reality was a lesson lost on this person. I'm sure if they have since bothered to read your other contributions they now feel like an arsehole. Or actually no - from the nature and tone of the comment that'd be lost on them too.

Humorlessness is a painful state of mind.

    Thanks for laughs!

  • Amen!!!

A few weeks ago I restricted my TV-news-format diet to NewsHour and the BBC. With everything else, I was starting to feel physically ill.

We're watching the 'last throes' of the old school and they're gasping, struggling for air w/ the same old rancid, recycled vapors.

Done, done and done. And abandoning this sinking liner includes leaving those who 'enabled' it's demise.

Right on. Thanks for articulating the feelings of so many.

  • Dollar bill y'all, dollar bill y'all...

She's hurting for funds - contributions down - so let's rally the 'give me some money peeps' - cuz you know Obama is flush w/ cash - and that's SOOOOOO unfair.

So let's 'Alice in the Rabbit Hole' once again - not cuz he's winning or anything. It's all those damned partaking in democracy a'holes. Let's blame MoveOn - although his contributions have come from individual 'small money' donors - oops.

I'm not inspiring enough to raise money - IT'S EVERYONE ELSE'S FAULT. He's spending and spending and spending MONEY HE RAISED from people that support him - WTF?!?

Kinda like all the votes and states and delegates and superdelegates and endorsements he's getting -and she's not. Democracy is so unfair.
