anyone who watched that debate and somehow deduced that sarah palin is intellectually curious and proven is beyond daft....she is a great pupil at sticking to her talking points though....i give her that much....she dazzles the camera with the smiles, the winks, the folksy down talkin'...look, if you liked her in the beginning, you are heads over heels now...if she made you uncomfortable in the beginning, you have even more questions now! pat buchanan is besides himself with her performance and that is to be expected, but outside of the base, i dont think she made any impact...

you pointed out correctly that the older folks are wishy washy at best....today obama may begrudingly look palatable to them, but the slighest provocation will have them squarely back in mccain's sinking ship because they identify more with mccain and really want to be able to support mccain...identity politics is what keeps voters going against their insterest year after year...it works!!!
younger voters, larger AA and minority voters collectively with open-minded white voters, particularly women, will have to put obama over the top...i think we will...

the next debate goes to mccain thanks to brokaw!! it will not be fair at all!!!
biden watch out bc sarah baracuda is out for blood...but you need to be on your best behavior to avoid sexism charges....i feel bad for the moderator b/c they are going to say she is racist against palin.....this was a bad idea...i say put another white woman out there to question the palin monster!!! do not give mccain camp more excuses to lower the bar 6 feet deep into the ground...
