Funny how when I go to another computer with a different IP address, the "Send" button appears in the usual place, but on my home machine, no matter which browser I use (FF or IE), and no matter whether the cache or the cookies are cleared or not, it doesn't.
This has been a long-running (abt. 8 days) problem.
Does anyone else have it? If so, find a different computer (since by hypothesis you wouldn't be able to use your own) and post your fun experience.

There is a choice there. Some women chose kids over career, some choose career over kids, and some think they ought to have all of it, all the time, with no delay, and to hell with everybody else.

Defamation suits can only be maintained by the defamed person, not relatives, running mates, etc.
What legal theory are you considering when you see McCain as a plaintiff?
