Jim Webb Fans - 6 appearances in next 4 Days
Here's what Jim Webb's Born Fighting PAC just sent out... He'll probably endorse (hopefully...). From there, let the VP speculation soar! Either way, I'm sure he'll have some choice words for Bush/McCain and their ill-considered (borderline criminal) foreign policy diminishing U.S....more »

BryonNC: Are you for real? You can't be for real... If you're for real, be prepared to start backing up your assertions with some links and facts. It would be nice to have a Republican around here, but you better start bringing some serious data along with your comments. (The intellectual heavy-weights around here (certainly not me), will eat you alive for this comment...)
As far as your tax argument goes, it's completely bogus. Increase taxes on those making "$31,850/year or more"? Bull$hit. Here are some links with the widely accepted chart outlining Obama vs. McCain's tax plans. Under Obama, taxes go up slightly for those making between 112,000 and 603,000. They only go up significantly for those making over $603,000. If you expect me to cry-a-river for the lucky duckies making over $603,000, don't hold your breath.

wwstaebler: McCain used to be respectable. He seemed to tell the truth and fight for a moderate GOP. He lost it, of course, when he gave his sweaty-armpit-hug to George W. Bush. That moment was when he forfeited all of his moral and political credibility.
