  • The moment Obama gives any money to Clinton is the moment I cease to be an Obama supporter. Further, I will ask his campaign to return to me the money I donated, and I will ask his campaign to pay me for the 100 hours of volunteer work I did.

And if he gives her one dollar I will stay home on election day.

  • Obama, if president, will face a million overt and covert efforts to undermine him, from the Republicans and the Clinton clan. Having Bill and Hillary in the White House would just make it easier for Barack's enemies to sink him. He would be insane to consider Hillary for VP.

  • Nice post, Malcolm.

I believe Obama will face worse sabotage than Jackie Robinson, and the media and much of thte public will be ready to blame him if the USA doesn't pull out of its tailspin. I also believe Barack has the guts and spirit to deal with all of these challenges if enough of us are ready to support him against the plotting of the fat cats and their media.

  • ""It's very obvious to everyone that Senator Obama shares nothing of the values or goals of Hamas, which is a terrorist organization," McCain said. "But it's also a fact that a spokesperson from Hamas said that he approves of Obama's candidacy. I think that's of interest to the American people.""

If McCain were honest and intelligent, or either of the two, he would say nothing about this issue, or say that this issue should be of no interest to the American people, or say that it reflects positively on Obama that a Middle Eastern entity approves of his candidacy.

Do we want to get along with the world? Do we want to at least try to get along? Or do we want the world to think that we will bomb anyone who implies that we are not God?

  • "Anyone reading these pages has plenty of evidence to offer up that Obama supporters have all the contempt for working class voters that they are suspected of having."

I have contempt for anyone who voted for Bush in 2004, because those votes have caused millions of people to suffer for no reason. Those votes have also helped shred our Constitution and cripple our economy.

  • "More tirades from Obama supporters against Mrs. Clinton are not the answer..."

When Hillary stops her tirades, perhaps Obama supporters will stop theirs.

  • "It looks like she intends to go for the second option."

Larry, I agree with that, as I agree with your original post at the top of the page. I honestly believe she can't help herself; she is sociopathic and considers herself better than everyone else. I would not have said that four months ago, but her behavior since Super Tuesday changed my perspective.

  • "Any further hint that Obama doesn't sympathize with white concerns will cost him crucial votes."

Because of slavery, blacks and whites are together in the USA for better or worse. Our fates are intertwined. It is not possible to separate white concerns from black concerns.

"If those (black) leaders can not understand white concerns, they should remain silent or risk doing serious harm to Obama."

Most black leaders understand white concerns better than white leaders understand black concerns. And many black leaders understand white concerns better than some whites understand white concerns.

  • "There are legitimate questions."

    Please specify at least one.

"I've seen very troubling signs that his response may rely in large degree on subtly painting those who raise questions as racists. "

That is a nice McCarthyesque line.

Again, what questions? Please name one so we can discuss it.

  • "she would "obliterate" Iran should they attack Israel "

Her statement reveals the sort of brainless bigotry that is responsible for much of the suffering in the world. By her logic the USA twice deserved obliteration, for attacking Vietnam and Iraq. But she is too busy admiring her own faux toughness and brilliance to understand that.
