"The travails of the Palin family suggest an averageness that makes her a politically promising running mate."
This is the opening sentence of the featured comment on Politico by Charles Mahtesian, so maybe this all really is good news for McGoo.
So, is this just a story that "we" are salivating over, or will it have legs in the so-called MSM? Wish Keith was on today!

"I think we should be careful in not going overboard attacking McCain for this."
Uh, excuse me, but who made you the boss of us? Are you the duty hall monitor or something?

Well, I liked Hillary before the primary, grew to loathe her during the primary, and almost busted my TV by throwing the remote at it during her speech on the night Obama clinched the nomination. Since then I've thought there'd be no way he'd pick her for VP. But my 82 year old mother, who I talk politics with (and who is an avid Obama supporter) has been saying all along that it's going to be her and now I'm beginning to believe it myself. And you know, I did get over my feelings about Hillary -- she IS one sharp cookie, and surely Bill can control himself after almost getting what he wanted. Key Obama quote (loosely quote): "My choice will not be a surprise". And Hillary wouldn't be.

Is this all just fantasy talk or is Clark being vetted? Haven't seen his name come up on any short list. I think he's the most obvious best choice -- and he's so handsome too! (blush)

Sheesh, another post with 'her' name in the headline, didn't she lose? Where are the posts for all the other losing candidates reporting what they're up to today?
