I don't mean this as a slam but honestly, I don't see why this should anger anyone. She is saying that we are broadening the coalition. Dems aren't abandoning anyone.
This is good news and provides democrats with more ways to win - not just this election, but future elections as well.

I remember my reaction at the close of the february debate when Clinton said she was "proud to share the stage" with Obama. She seemed sincere. I believed she really meant it - and I was proud too - of her and of the party that had produced two historic presidential contenders. My growing dislike of her and her fratricidal campaign just melted away and I wondered why we hadn't seen more moments like that one from her previously.
But a few days later we had a new death spiral of trumped up and misleading negative campaigning. 3am. Nafta. etc.
I think the Clintons endured so many years of unfair and almost pathological hatred directed at them that they have developed a bunker mentality. I despise their campaign tactics but I am also secretly sad and embarrased for them.

I have heard this sabotage 08 and run for 12 strategy floated several times. To me, that doesn't make sense.
First, why would she be giving McCain potential talking points he could use in 12? Second, the damage and ill-will now being engendered within party will not soon be forgotten... its hard to imagine a succesful Clintin run in 4 years if she is seen by many to have committed fratricide in the run up to 08.

Discussing the relative bitterness/tastiness of salad greens is not only elitist but dangerously French.
Its as though people here don't recognize that salads are gateway foods. Don't forget: Lattes lose elections!

I am really getting concerned about the devisiveness here. Don't Sinbad and fake Sinbad realize negatives will go up? Don't the Sinbad's realize that they are leaving the mic open for Dennis Miller?
Please - Why can't the Sinbad's come together? Let's save the funny for the big battle for the Caliphate in November?

Hey! Don't write off aging white males.
I've voted in every election since Carter. When I get the chance to vote Obama in the general, its going to be one of the most unreserved, hopeful and proudest votes of my life.
