actually, I think it's an F-15 Strike Eagle. You can tell from the tail fins. An F-16 has one, F-18 has two, but they angle outwards.

Rasmussen's poll may indicate that, but as a Floridian I hafta tell them that their methodology is WAYYYY off. We live and die by tourism (i.e.- Beaches) down here, and McCain screwed himself good w/ his offshore drilling flop. Maybe they were asking the farmers out in the sticks, and built their whole poll around that, but from where I sit (Tampa-St. Pete, south end of the I4 corridor) almost no one I've heard from, or talked to, thinks the offshore gamble is anything but a payday for the oil barons. I expect to see a lot more movement in Florida, tho it does still lean Republican.

Yah, that "not really", then a little smile, that was great. I like the fact that he's not afraid to disagree w/ Barack. Shows independent thought, and I think Obama values that.

Somehow, the idea of McCain getting his knickers in a twist because of "coordinated surrogate attacks" seems more than a little hypocritical. More proof (if any more was needed) that McCain is following Rove's playbook to the letter (call the other guy's strengths weakness, and your own weakness strength). Shabby, but unsurprising, since McCain's whole campaign is based on War Hero-worship, and Faux News-fanned rage...

Hate to say I told you so, McCain. While I wouldn't say that Obama is actually ahead down here, I will say that Florida is gonna be a toss-up this year. McCain screwed himself pretty good with the offshore drilling switcheroo. We live and die by tourism down here, & the specter of blackened beaches, and dead game-fish scares hell out of folks from every political party. Alot of businesses would like to get into the Cuban markets, as well, and McCain's stance on that thorny issue is only gonna help him with, like, 300 crazy old men in Miami.

LOL, wow. Do you live in a place with no access to media at all, loki? If you do, can I come and live there with you? It would be really good for me. I don't have the heart to go into the whole shabby tale. Google it, but remember: Once you have seen a thing, you can't unsee it....

Chino Blanco,
Good point about Hearn, I don't think anyone is holding their breath waiting for sanity over at the NPC. Check out their blogs page, you'll never guess who's hosted there: Jeff Gannon! I shit you not. Former White House "reporter", & gay prostitute. Course, when you think about it, tricking for money is probably great exp if you hope to work at the Bush white house....Posted at June 19, 2008 5:36 PM in response to Larry Sinclair: This is EXCELLENT News For Obama!

LOL, no biggie, GOP idiocy often affects my typing as well. I think just standing next to those clowns can actually lower your IQ. At least, that's what I heard on Faux News....

So, Barack isn't going to be using my tax dollars to buy airtime, or put fuel in his jet, and for some reason McSame thinks I'll be mad about that? Umm, ok. I know I'm prolly the first guy to point this out, but McSame is frakkin' senile. He's not Ronald Reagan, he's Ronald McDonald. Grimace is handling strategy, and The Hamburglar is is doing his accounting. My Friends, this is gonna be a good year for the Dems.

We seem to have survived the last 60 years of nuclear-armed states quite well, actually. North Korea and Pakistan have had them for years, without displaying any inclination towards national suicide. Clinton and Bush II made clear to the world (via N. Korea) that such weapons are an invaluable bargaining chip. Are you surprised that Iran payed attention to, and learned from that lesson?
