So McSame inadvertently let slip that the GOP/Neocon view is that it really *isn't* important when the troops come home. That's right. That's exactly their stance. They're just cranky because the politics of their view has come out, because no matter how you splice it, their stance is founded on *not* bringing the troops home. It's kind of surreal, actually. Their absolute and completely undefined rant about succeeding in Iraq has been pitted squarely against troop withdrawal.
Doesn't that also imply that they're not focusing on what's good for the troops? Do the troops matter or are they considered to be little more than remote controlled human robots?

The superdelegates, by not endorsing Obama NOW are really enabling HRC to push the party around. Seriously, can't someone take her aside and tell her to just tone down the rhetoric? And her screams of "Sexism!" is bullcrap. NO ONE should have the power to push the DNC around. I'm getting really tired of her sexism rant.
That said, I think Obama's team ought to agree to seat FL in 1/2 or in full in proportion to the vote since his name was also on the ballot, but to seat MI 50/50 with 1/2 or full delegations. It would be very magnanimous and would take away her talking point. It would also signal to MI and FL that he does want their votes represented.

Looks like McSame will be using the same fear tactics Rove used in 2004.
I am so tired of the vacuous guilt by association bullshit.

But CA had so many mail-in votes that were mostly for HRC before they got to know Obama. Maybe that's why Zogby had it wrong?

What I find interesting is that NO ONE, either in print or on cable ever mentions that Obama does far better with white voters than Hillary does with blacks.
Oh, wait....that's a PRO-Obama statistic. Nevermind...

When she says "with US" she must mean herself and McCain since no one else seems to think this is a good idea.
Has any Democrat besides those in her campaign come out in favor of the gas-tax holiday? I want to know so I can send him/her a letter!

Oh, I totally agree. That's what's so frustrating about the MSM. ABC ran one segment about Magnequench but that was it. Not one write up in any of the major papers and no follow-up by any other news outlets. Keith O. didn't even make mention of it.
With the media ignoring real issues like Magnequench, I think it's a mistake by the Obama campaign *not* to have surrogates talking about the facts in interviews, etc.

I don't think that shedding light on HRC's selective memory is an "attack" especially if it's pointed out by one of Obama's Indiana superDs. I think it's fair that the voters know the whole truth about Magnequench. Don't you?

I think Obama needs to overwhelm the media with surrogates pointing out the things that the MSM refuses to report. Even though ABC ran this story about Hillary's fairytale about Magnequench, the MSM didn't follow up on it.
Just like Hillary "conveniently forgets" the role her husband played in shipping jobs to China, the MSM conveniently forgets to report it.
