  • Jet, of course it is. Be afraid of Obama he said "this" and he is Black, I'm John McCain and I'm white.

  • Look ou have to give the people a reason to "Not Vote for John McCain." This is not hard. If Mark Warner can not do that then he should not speak.

    However, there are several possibilities

1.) Mark Warner can deliver Virginia by speaking directly to the people of Virginia.

2.) Hillary accurately realizes that her best chance at a political future is to aggressively attack John McCain, tell her PUMA followers that voting against Obama doesn't help her but actually hurts her, and hope that Obama wins.

3.) Hillary and Bill follow through on what was clearly a well-thought plan, that is to solidify female voters against Obama. After all, she didn't really start the dirty attacks against Obama until after she had mathematically lost the race.

  • Oh yes Obama is running a positive campaign. I would say that letting your opponent take unchallenged, free negative shots at you for a full month before you counter-attack is going out of the way to be positive.

    About McCain:

How can you forget how many houses you have? That is not out of touch, that is senile.

"I sure like this house, who lives here?....I do,...when did I buy this house, I thought I lived in Phoenix.....I live in Phoenix, too!!!! Well geez."

  • I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the second add is being run in Indiana, more specifically eastern Indiana. The part that borders on Ohio.

  • The "celebrity" slur is meant cause voters to associate Obama with the Black celebrity class instead of to the political class in which Obama actually is. Basically, they are calling him "Puff Daddy".

Imagine if Obama and McCain met for a debate and McCain walked up to Obama and said, "What's up Kobe?"

But, that is what they are actually doing.

  • Even with all of that RCP still has Obama at 275 electoral votes.

It is also worth noting that in the RCP averages of Ohio the only poll that shows McCain leading Obama is a Rasmussen poll that has McCain leading Obama by 10 points, which is clearly an outlier. The other 3 polls have Obama tied or leading.

  • But this is a Rasmussen poll. Rasmussen's polls have tilted toward the right all year. Hillary Clinton lead Obama in the Rasmussen poll throughout the primary until it was clear she had no mathematical chance of winning.

If Rasmussen says that the Dem is leading the Republican just OUTSIDE the margin of error, then the Dem probably leads by a little more than that.

  • "His middle name is Hussein." Observed Terry, the female Bush voter: "I don't feel he's a true American."

  • "Where I live $250K income for a couple is common, well within the middle-class."

That is because you live in one of the top 1%-2% of neighborhoods in the country.

Judging from your post it sounds like you are so far from the average American that you have no idea what the average American's lifestyle is like. Most Americans are stuck with their local public school. Most Americans can't pay for their children's college, let alone fork over cash for private elementary and secondary education.

Why does no one realize that Democrats are fiscally conservative and Republicans are the ones who are fiscally liberal. Republicans always borrow money to spend. That makes them reckless.

No business that is currently making money hand over fist has an incentive to invest significant money in R&D to develop something to replace their current cash cow. Poor people and Government have all the incentive to invent new technologies to replace the current cash cows.
