Here is an open letter to John McCain from an AZ resident and former supporter. It's really good, not on TPM but I thought some others might like to read it.

If Freeze and those like him get your riled you can contribute in their name via the Troll Bowl Obama fundraising page. A note will be made naming the offensive poster that raised some money for Obama. I'd be great to see Freeze on that list.

Palin's lawyer team appealed this ruling and the AK Supreme Court will hear it on Wednesday and rule on Thursday, a day before the report is scheduled to be released. Todd Palin will not testify to the legislative board for the supoena. The 7 staff members will however. Todd Palin said he will be interviewed for the parallel investigation run by those who Palin has the ability to fire, i.e. a friendly partisan group.

Why do you suppose Fox News is allowed to be so extremely partisan and not be considered an arm of the Republican party and currently a part of the McCain campaign? It's not a valid news source.
I'm hoping this campaign and Obama's popularity will shine a light on this in the minds of moderates who watch that channel. I know it's a long shot but Fox is just extreme these days.

Friday depends on the Alaska State Supreme Court's ruling on whether to overturn the ruling to let the report go on as scheduled. I certainly hope they do but I don't know what to expect.

Obama has run an exemplary campaign. He knows full well how to play hard ball but doesn't come out guns blazing. If things could stay on a gentlemanly level he would stay there. But they aren't and he has much to work with. Work he has. Work he will.

Rupert Murdoch has racist leanings. In addition to Fox News I have seen articles in the NY Post that also are racially tinged and commenters making racist comments to those articles.
I think it would be great for people nationally, not just Florida, to be aware that Fox news values the opinions of this anti-Semite Andy Martin who resides on the fringe of society. How does that word get out?

I get annoyed that about 90% of all mention of Ayers in the media does not mention that he is currently a university professor at the U of I Chicago. Most reporting makes it sound like he is a fringe character. He is a mainstream educator for chrissakes. U of I is not a madrassa.
Anyway I'd like to see the AIP stuff get some serious attention.
