Joe Lieberman Today: Seeks "God's Help" to Elect Palin
Now Lieberman is invoking the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob to elect Sarah Palin. "She's so strong, she's so capable, she's so competent," Lieberman told a crowd in Florida. "With God's help, she will be Vice President.
Read this from New Republic and bear in mind that Barack Obama and Joe Biden supported Joementum in his '06 Senate race out of loyalty which has turned out to be misplaced.
Good thing the Day of Atonement is coming up.

Who does he think he is, seeking God's help?
He sounds as bad as one of the authors of our US Constitution.

Maybe Lieberman thinks God might start a PAC. Or,
Hey God, how about a 501 called
"CrossTheAisleToGetThingsDone.org?"

You have to ask yourselves: what on earth do the massive Rove archives of personally damaging intel contain about Joe Lieberman that they (at some point a few years ago) began to trot him out still reeking of mothballs to prove some point private to themselves, put the ridiculous words in his script and pull the string. What have they got on him that he would dishonor himself this way. It's horrible, like seeing some old man soil his pants, and there's nothing, apparently, that he can do to stop it.

Religionists are peculiar people. Joe seems to deny the principle of a one god - the entire basis of Judaism. Sarah disses Obama for having been 'just' a community organizer when the guy Sarah believes saved her from eternal damnation was the hyper-super community organizer, maybe of all time.

I love Mentum!
If it weren't for the Vast Rove-TPM Conspiracy he'd be sitting in Sarah's seat instead of in her lap.
Nice to know she's got her bases covered with a Jewish witchdoctor

What I love is how Palin is helping to deliver Florida to the Democrats by offending the jewish community with her anti semetic associations. (see her preacher)
People look at her and think; McCain said no to Joe to put this on the ticket? I am not impressed. In fact, I am a little offended. I might just vote with my kids or play golf that day, haven't decided yet.
Thank you McCain you just delivered Florida to the Dems.

Lieberman is praying for his career. He wants a cabinet job because he knows he's toast as a Democratic senator.

I'm embarrassed to say I'm from Connecticut. At least I'll have a chance to vote him out, and I can pressure the local Democrats to get on with their censure of him. I don't know why they're planning to wait until after the election.
Lieberman is a total rat. Let's never forget that Obama supported him in the primary against Lamont, and this is how he pays him back. Then he promised that although he's supporting McCain, he wouldn't attack Obama, but say only positive things about McCain. Then he attacked Obama in his republican convention speech.
Now I know he's also evil and cynical. He's not a stupid man, so how else do we interpret his god blessing of stupid Sarah?

This may be a bit presumptive, but I'll bet because of the depredations of neoconservatives - and their copperhead enablers like Lieberman - God's awfully preoccupied right now.

MJ - Biden at the debate asked for God to protect our troops. What's wrong with that? Oh my, he must be a lunatic conservatist nut. He thinks God will help our troops. That must mean that he thinks God supports the war.

If McCain/Palin are elected, God's help is excatly what we are all going to need.

Dear Joe,
On this eve of Yom Kippur, I will not speak hatefully. With God's help, anything can happen, but I don't see that the Republicans have done anything to make them worthy of God's help in this election. Liars and those who spread discord are an abomination to our God. (Pr. 6:12-19)
My views on Israel and US-Israel relations are closer to yours than to Senator Obama's, but it would be bad for Israel and a disaster for the United States to elect McCain and Palin, both of whom have shown themselves unfit and unworthy to lead this country. With God's help, please reflect and repent. Urge our fellow Americans to respond to what Abraham Lincoln called "the better angels of our nature" that we may be worthy of God's help, since "unless the Lord guards the city, the guard keeps watch in vain." (Ps. 127:1) May the new year be sealed for good, for all of us.
