Hannity's Witness: "Exterminate Jew Power"

user-pic

Calling the Anti-Defamation League, Bill Kristol, Charles Krauthammer, David Brooks, and other defenders of Jewish people against slime artists of all political persuasions:

Sean Hannity's Fox News Sunday night kitchen-sink sewer job on Barack Obama, complete with a sound-track cribbed from C- porn flicks, features prominently, as witness of Obama's iniquity, one Andy Martin, "author and journalist," and, though not identified as such on Fox News, perennial political candidate in four states.

Among Martin's contributions to fairness and balance, this nifty aphorism: "I think a community organizer is someone who was in training to overthrow the government of the United States of America."

Martin previously crawled out from under a rock, according to Matthew Mosk in the WP, to "take credit for posting the first article to assert that the Illinois senator was a Muslim." More recently, he claimed, contrary to fact, that Obama, whom he called a "media witch doctor," has "locked his granny away and refused to allow her to be seen" in order to "pretend he has no white relatives."

Martin has been crawling beneath the rocks for quite some time.

According to no less a source than the Unification Church's impeccably right-wing Washington Times of December 22, 1999:

In 1986, when Mr. Martin ran as a Democrat for Connecticut's 3rd Congressional District seat under the name "Anthony R. Martin-Trigona," his campaign committee filed papers saying its purpose was to "exterminate Jew power in America and impeach U.S. District Court of Appeals judges in New York City."

The Washington Times' reporter, Ralph Z. Hallow, went on to say: "a Connecticut federal judge finally barred him from filing any more federal lawsuits without permission. The judge said Mr. Martin has pursued legal actions with 'persistence, viciousness, and general disregard for decency and logic.'"

Hallow went on:

In a New York bankruptcy case, he referred to a judge as a "crooked, slimy Jew." During the bankruptcy dispute, he filed a civil-rights lawsuit claiming Jewish bankruptcy judges and lawyers were conspiring to steal his property. He asked a court to bar "any Jew from having anything to do with plaintiff's property."

In another motion in the case, he wrote: "I am able to understand how the Holocaust took place, and with every passing day feel less and less sorry that it did, when Jew survivors are operating as a wolf pack to steal my property."

According to Hallow, he "ran for the Republican nomination for governor of Florida against the incumbent, Bob Martinez, in 1990. The Florida Republican Party disavowed him because he previously ran for office as a Democrat and because of his anti-Semitic statements."

This is Sean Hannity's idea of a source.

Does Bill Kristol care? David Brooks? Abe Foxman?

John McCain? Sarah Palin?

Seems like a reasonable guy. (snark)

user-pic

Todd, he's just a Jew-hater. Unless Martin bashes Israel, he's still cool with the neocons. Heck, he may be a Hagee guy.
Remember, it doesn't matter what anyone says about Jews so long as he doesn't criticize the occupation.

Well said sir.

user-pic

Except, MJ, hadn't you said that the Muslim characterization was a smear campaign that started in the Jewish community...?

Martin previously crawled out from under a rock according to Matthew Mosk in the WP, to "take credit for posting the first article to assert that the Illinois senator was a Muslim."

how the hell does a rabid anti-Semite think he's going to get elected to ANYTHING in Connecticut?

There is a nasty local history of antisemitism in several of Connecticut's wealthier towns. Darien comes to mind. While I would assume that an open antisemite would not win state-wide, I would expect that old-school "Not Our Kind Dear" sentiments haven't died.

user-pic

Please: there is anti-Semitism everywhere, exactly as there is racism everywhere, and sexism everywhere, etc.

Let's stop the pretense that they only occur in other peoples' neighborhoods.

This is so sick.

I think we'll be saying that a lot this month.

user-pic

So true.

user-pic

Hmm, Sean Hannity using the rabid fantasies of a Neo-Nazi as journalistic sources? Why should this surprise anyone? What is Hannity but a devoted rabble rousing hate monger, a Morlock with a human mask, a shill for the forces of darknes.

Sean Hannity has always done the job of a judas goat--lead the weak minded lambs into the abatoire for slaughter. He is a man whose hands are permanently stained red with blood.

After 8 years of Hannity's Hero, Bush, what are the sheep left with? Desolation as far as the eye can see...

After 8 years of Hannity's Hero, Bush, what are the sheep left with? Desolation as far as the eye can see...

In a world where it is better to be "right" than smart, Sean Hannity provides for them the rationales to avoid admitting they were wrong.

its time to destroyt sean hannity, ive watched and listened to his b.s. on the air and the radio.ive had it with all the smearing of barack obama.from now on its a all out assault on him ,his family, and his allies.i will be hiringf researchers to dig up what they can find on .if it destroys his carrear or family so be.talk about wavering a white flag.he want know what hit em guaranteed.

I get it! This is a parody of Hannity! Fantastic and funny too!

You guys should google "Anthony Martin-Trigona"
He is a hilariously off-his-rocker nutcase. It's difficult to describe his level of insanity.
He once sued for custody of a judge's children because the judge was not favorable to him in another frivolous lawsuit he was bringing.
Just google. He's a peice of work.

user-pic

There's something hilarious about hate-speech -- IF the source of it is ALLEGEDLY insane?

Sean Hannity's Fox News Sunday night kitchen-sink sewer job

The thing was called :

Obama's Friends (fades out)

History of Radicalism (fades in)

Over and over

Right there in the lower right-hand corner where the stock ticker usually is.

It's a blue print for October, and it'll be coming from all directions.

Exactly. It's a concerted effort; they all have the talking points from the McCain campaign.

And it won't work.

Is Hannity buddies with a neo-nazi? Who do you think HE hangs out with.

hannity, a student of Bob Grant learned early and intentionally how to gain the support of white listeners by tapping into , their racism.

he is known to have used self described white supremacists for that purpose.

No one should be shocked that racism stills is what attracts him to his audience.

I have yet to see any member of the media attack him for it(outside of Olbermann) and I don't expect anyone to confront him on this .

Well, I hope that Hannity gives this nutcase a lot of publicity and maybe even succeeds in getting him national press in the more legitimate media outlets beyond Faux News.

That should do wonders for McCain's poll numbers, being associated with bigots like Andy Martin.

Hellloo Florida....welcome to the Obama column.

Oh indeed.

user-pic

This should also do wonders (hah!) for the GOP's "outreach" plans to snare a larger percentage of the Jewish vote than they usually do (i.e. bupkes).

Nothing like recruiting an antisemitic crank for smear duty - yep, that'll get the Jews running to pull the Elephant lever, you betcha!

Sean Klannity needs to be called out for his RACISM... He needs to be called out over and over again. FOX is openly operating as a 527 for Mccain. I wonder if legal action can be taken against them.

I knew Anthony R. Martin-Trigona when he was a student at the University of llinois at Urbana-Champaign. I was a faculty member holding office on the Urbana City Council. I'm Democratic. Tony (now Andy) was a student who ran for County Clerk as a Democrat (he barely made the minimum age and luckily for the County, he lost (luckily for the good of the County, he lost). While an undergrad, he took a month's trip to Viet Nam at government expense and when he returned, he was no longer anti the war, but very much pro war. Everyone was amazed, but figured he had been fed quite a line.

Later, he got a law degree from Illinois, but did not pass the character qualifications of the bar exam and was denied admission to the Illinois Bar. He sued for admission, but lost. As time went on, he got more and more far out, running for various offices in various states, adopting the name Andy Martin. When I knew him, he never seemed anti-Semitic (I am Jewish) but as he become weirder he started to make anti-Semitic remarks. From time to time, he gets mentioned in our local paper, The News-Gazette. Each new story is weirder the last. If this is the way Hannity operates, even the conservatives in our will find him without credibility.

Wow that bio you gave of Andy Martin sounds so similar to Matthew Hale. Andy just needs to be locked up to make the comparison complete.

Thanks for this interesting background. I think the lesson is this; People of greater ambition than intelligence or skills tend to sink down to gutter arguments and hate politics, because that is the only place where they can find any followers.

That applies to Hannity as well.

I wonder if this will help McCain tip the momentum in Florida back his way?

Reposted to correct several errors. Sorry I missed them before the original posting.

Rupert Murdoch has racist leanings. In addition to Fox News I have seen articles in the NY Post that also are racially tinged and commenters making racist comments to those articles.

I think it would be great for people nationally, not just Florida, to be aware that Fox news values the opinions of this anti-Semite Andy Martin who resides on the fringe of society. How does that word get out?

Murdoch might have ingrained racist leanings (being old enough to have lived through jim crowe) but I do believe he wants Obama to win the GE, but of course as the owner of Faux he could never make public such a statement. He's a businessman first and Obama would sell more papers. His wife and son are both Obama supporters and fundraisers.

I know that Hannity usually gets a free pass on his scumbaggery, but I get a feeling he may have really stepped in it this time. We shall see.

user-pic

We can all agree that John McCain is a fine United States Senator. I think we can also all agree that in the Senate Chamber he should stay.

With that being said, though, I am a bit unnerved by Democrats in this campaign season. It's not so much the sometimes excessive exuberance they show toward the Obama/Biden ticket as much as it is the almost cult-like dedication to him.

Seriously, is there an Obama supporter anywhere on this website that has the stones to admit any fault(s) that Obama may have?

The contributors here, as in the MSM as a whole, do a wonderful and accurate job of reporting in great detail the cavalcade of faults and character flaws evident in Candidate McCain.

But as a Libertarian who likely will not vote for either of the two primary candidates, I am literally shocked that nobody outside of Fox News seems to want to admit that Barack Obama has a whole litany of major problems that need addressing. Hell, I know a lot of Republicans who, though they will vote for McPalin, aren't particularly enthusiastic about his candidacy and do not even think he was a top three GOP candidate coming out of primary season.

Yet where is the internal honesty from the Democrats? I would feel a lot better about the situation if Obama supporters would at least acknowledge some of Obama's issues (religion, ties to Middle East, lack of experience, circle of friends, etc). When Democrats operate as if Candidate Obama is without flaw, I begin to think of Jonestown and Kool-Aid.

OK, give us links. Give us more than just suppositions. Give us meat.

Here's your chance.

My point is that this douche nozzle has nothing. Yeah, I'd love to pretend that I'm libertarian, but life is so much more complex than what he has to offer.

user-pic

Gettysburg writes: "some of Obama's issues (religion, ties to Middle East, lack of experience, circle of friends, etc)."

Okay, I'll take a crack at this: 1) Religion. Not sure what you mean here: Wright or the Muslim claim. The latter has been disproven over and over again. He has left the Wright church and denounced some of Wright's views. If you mean the controversy over whether he believes Wright's extreme views because he was in the pew for 20 years and must have known, then I would say this: He took the bad with the good, as many people do with their pastors. There is NO evidence, however, that Obama himself adhered to any of these views. If you have any real evidence, please provide.

It's interesting to me that the Wright and Muslim controversies are mutually exclusive. He can't be a Muslim and a Christian follower of Wright, can he?

I'm leaving out, for the sake of argument, the real point, which is: What is wrong with a president being Muslim? We have no official state religion in America and the fact that all of our presidents have been Christian, and all but one a Protestant, is a matter of historical accident, IMO.

Have I answered the "religion" problem, or do you have more?

2) Ties to the Middle East. Not sure what you mean here, but it's well known he's lived in Asia and his father was a Muslim. Beyond that, I'm not sure what you mean and would appreciate your explaining.

3) Lack of experience has been well-aired, especially by Hillary, and she lost that argument. I don't think Obama has ever tried to hide what his experience is and isn't. McCain has also tried the experience tack, and it doesn't seem to resonate with voters. And voters are the ones who have to decide if he has enough experience. In any event, he's been through about 20 months of solid, non-stop campaigning, debating, interviews, etc. If anyone has more questions to ask him, please go ahead. I was at one rally where he took questions from the audience and didn't shy away from anything that was asked.

Would I personally like it if he had more experience? Yes. However, the content of McCain's experience is more damning than it is hopeful.

4) What circle of friends? Do you mean Ayers? As far as I can tell, Ayers is a tangential acquaintance. In any event, Ayers has long since stopped throwing bombs. IOW, he has moved on. And there is NO EVIDENCE that Obama supports those kinds of activities; I would say his approach is the antithesis of bomb throwing. Now, it would appear that our future VP's husband is or recently was a member of a secessionist Alaskan party. How do you feel about that? Should that be disqualifying?

As to friends, as to palling around, it's pretty clear from what I've read that Ron Paul pals around with extreme rightwing racists. As a Libertarian, how do you feel about that? AFAIK, Paul has never answered questions about those associations except to dismiss them as irrelevant, if that.

I guess, bottom line, if you want Obama supporters to answer your concerns, you're going to have to be a lot more specific. But I've tried my best with what you've given us.

user-pic

I'm an Obama supporter who finds much to criticize in the senator, though I doubt my complaints will be reassuring to you, as generally, I find him to be not radically progressive/liberal enough.

He is often too much The Politician for my liking. He tacked pretty far to the right after the primary. While it may have paid dividends -- he is, after all, currently crushing McCancient/Flailin' -- I still think he might be just as far ahead were he not to have "gone DLC." I'm still steamed about his FISA vote, and worry that it may be worse than simply "politics," but rather that he may actually believe some of that Unitary Executive crap, and want to hang on to some of the extreme powers that Cheney grabbed for the Executive, in direct violation of our Constitution. He's far too blasé (for my taste) about the need for vigorous investigation of Republican corruption and abuse of power in both Congress and the Administration over the last 8 years. Again, I hope that he is merely "playing politics," and trying to appear "forward-looking" and less partisan, and will release the bloodhounds once elected, but I am concerned, nonetheless.

I understand that it rubs many people the wrong way to hear or read gushing, worshipful comments from Obama supporters. I can assure you the same is true for many of us who see the same type of herd mentality at play on the other side. The fact is, Americans in general are criminally lacking in critical thinking skills -- our educational system needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up, in order to stop it being a petri dish for conformity and an endless stream of "worker bees." Until such time, we are doomed to suffer these execrable campaigns, which our bankrupt media delight in turning into cavalcades of utter stupidity.

Anyway, even though I have several misgivings about Barack Obama, I strongly support him, both with cash and campaigning. He is one of the strongest candidates for president to come along in many years, and I fully expect he will be an exceptional leader. Will I be complacent about his policies and behavior, once he's elected? No.

psyberian:

Thank you. That's all I wanted. I'm not attempting to decry Barack Obama. Not at all. I just think it's odd that 99% of his supporters think that he's utterly perfect in every regard imaginable.

And his supporters, even at this site, have an almost rabid affection. Most of the responses to my original post were hostile and accusatory; as if I were somehow attempting to criticize Obama.

user-pic

But when you say what I've highlighted in bold, which is clearly hyperbole, why should you be surprised at people's hostile responses to you? To request information from people of whom you've given your false and derogatory opinion, with no substance to support your opinion, that's hostile on your part.

Hannity likes to fashion himself as a friend to Jews but he has a history of getting into bed with anti-Semites.

He's quite the bigot, too.

Should (hopefully when)Obama is president, will cats like Hannity simply forgo the veiled racism and bring it out into the open? It seems he's teetering on that edge so closely already, I can't imagine his hatred for a President Obama would be kept in check.

I appreciate those who are hung ho about Senator Obama. When I was 18 years old, I was hung ho too about being a Marine in Viet Nam. I believe Hannity was also a Marine.

Although I am a Democrat, let me take the flak for Hannity. Call me a bigot or racist. Dug up dirt on me if it makes you feel better. You may think by doing this, you are going to win the battle. I believe Senator Obama has already won the war in this election cycle.

Best regards to you all.

You believe Hannity was a marine? Based on what?

He's a ChickenHawk, through and through! He agitates for war with Iraq (continuing throughout his lifetime, since it is the concensus of Ann Coulter and himself, that constant war will prevent any Democrat from taking the White House), Iran, Syria, Palestinian Territories, N. Korea... pretty much everywhere - but he and his family will NEVER serve, that's for the little people who don't make over a MILLION a week!

CAD- Hannity was never a marine. Google his bio. A high school graduate, and college drop-out, Hannity is, however, (as with all neo-cancervatives), a dedicated war cheerleader, aka chickenhawk.

Hannity is on the payroll of the government's propaganda network.

Marine or not, aren't there better criteria to determine your defense of another? I truly hope so.

user-pic

CAD,

um, you were a Marine? To all the Marines I know/knew, it was Gung Ho, not hung ho. Is this something new?

Know who IS a marine?

Rev Jeremiah Wright!

Little Sean is a closet racist who befriended a neo-Nazi named Hal Turner in 1996. These two men would talk on the phone all the time, according to Turner himself. Google "Hannity and Turner" to read the horrid details of their friendship.

Sean also had Dr. Jerome Corsi, the author who wrote the book on Obama, on Hannity and Colmes and on his radio show numerous times. Corsi, a racist, has previously appeared as a guest on a hate talk show, Political Cesspool, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center. Sean has no problem calling Corsi a friend, who I believe is an anti-semite.

Here's the link to check out Corsi www.splcenter.org/blog/tag/jerome-corsi

Sean is telling Palin what to say at her campaign rallies. He's the one who told her to bring up Obama's association with Ayers and was responsible for giving her talking points prior to the debates. Go to www.mccainpalinvictory2008 to read the transcripts of the VP debate and you will see Sean's talking points in them.

Aging reader,

I would strongly recommend that you pass your information to Keith Olbermann. Call (212) 664-4444 tomorrow. Tell the receptionist to forward your call to one of the producers to "Countdown." Tell them you have very important information on Martin (Hannity's America). If you call in the morning, it might make it on that evening's show.

SweetJones34,

If you do hirer investigators, I would strongly recommend you send them to Athens, Alabama. I think you will find some very interesting details of his life prior to becoming well-known. Many longtimers know about his dirty deeds.

user-pic

So what if Hannity is gay. You think gay guys can't be race-baiting anti-Semitic fascists? A lot of the top leadership of the Republican party is gay. Karl Rove was raised by a gay step-father. Some of his closest friends and associates are gay. Gayness is no vaccination against polititcal perfidy. What does Hannity's gayness have to do with anything?

user-pic

I don't know about the gay stuff. Just because someone does a few bukkake videos, doesn't mean he's gay, necessarily. He's a professional, after all.

Hirer=hire

@CAD- Hannity never served in any branch of the military...like most Neo Con chicken-hawks, he's happy to fight to the last drop of some other poor bastard's blood. So now he's wheeling out anti-semitic scumbags to attack Obama. Priceless. I hope the generally spineless MSM pick up on this.

You have to love these bozos. They've destroyed their party, their country's reputation and standing and the economy. And they want four more years to finish the job? Yeah, right...like that's an appealing prospect.

Hey, this Martin guy is a Maverick. Apparently, Jews just don't get Mavericks.

Hey hey,
Don't let the facts get in your way!
What confuses me is the Media Pass Barack has had until now. And how about that hero worship without question? It seems that much of America has been brainwashed by Barry Obama.
His associations are deplorable. He is not fit to serve as our president.

FTA

Sounds like, along with Hannity-Insanity, he needs to get on some meds. I understand that with proper dosages of Thorazine, these sorts of delusions caused by paranoid schizophrenia can be controlled.

Seriously, folks, with a whole lot of these right-wing nut jobs, even in broadcasting, this is their real problem.

OMG! Anthony Martin-Trigona! Aging Reader, I lived in Chambana back in those days, too, and I remember him well. He was a fruitcake then, and I see it's only gotten worse since.

I, too, remember him running for office, and it was certainly grist for a lot of jokes, even then. He may not have been as openly anti-semitic then, but it was still showing.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Palin would probably make him Secretary of State. {rolls eyes}

hannity got a point, Obamers campaign director is bigtime jew himself AXELROD of course! and what about ACORN head ALinsky? another Jew!!! th jews have put one of their liberal thinking parrots in a position to become the next president. we need help!!!!!!!!
