Something interesting just slipped by without undo comment. That is the accusation that Feith's allegiance is to Israel and not the United States. I hadn't seen that before. Just a few years ago that would be grounds for being denounced as an antisemite. It would be fodder for a major scandal.

Have things changed this much so quickly? Can we now talk about dual loyalty in polite company?

Chickenhawk Feith bailed -- turned tail and ran to do a bit on lunatic fringe radio in the embrace of Bill Bennett because he apparently knew not only that Wilkerson, in his statement to Congress, would quote Tommy Franks about Feith being "the dumbest blankety-blank man on the planet," but he himself -- Wilkerson -- would also affirm that, offer to testify to that fact, and say a few more times that what Franks said of Feith is true.

And that's not all that Wilkerson said about the anti-American Neo-con[artists] and the damage -- the DISservice -- they've done to the military and the troops. His statement is heartening in its truth-telling.

When the torture came to light, Wilkerson worked at least full time researching what had happened for two years -- then resigned, and has continued his research since then. He names names.

Feith can't stand the heat, so he gets others to do his cooking for him. Probably is even terrifed of silverware, so has someone else cut up his food for him. Or perhaps it's simply that he doesn't know how to do it for himself.

I think it was Franks who also said that, if he were in the middle of an attack by the enemy, with Feith alongside, and he had one bullet left, he'd shoot Feith.

And I'll bet Feith believes he could win 9 out of 10 popularity contests -- if long he could substitute his delusions of granduer for the actual vote.

I think the only error in calling him the dumbest man on the planet is the inclusion of the word "man".

Uhuh -- nope: that's just way too close to actual military for Feith.

And I think one must have sufficient IQ to be capable of suffering mental illness. Feith just doesn't have sufficient mental for it to be ill.
