What's New? Ford, Bush's Internationalism, and Answering the Big Question: 2004 to 2006

user-pic

Today at TPMCafe, Greg Sargent is compiling obits of Gerald Ford (and I'm watching pre-obits), reader Jose Luis Fernandez is explaining how Bush's Internationalism has led us to "dark and turbulent waters," and Jo-Ann Mort and Todd Gitlin are riffing on Josh's question about what turned the political tides these past two years. If you've got an answer to Josh's question, post it in the Reader Blogs (post to your TPM blog and it will go there). If we have enough, I'll do a wrap-up of everyone's thoughts later today.

That's it for the House Brew. Stay caffeinated and share some wisdom.

If you've got an answer to Josh's question, post it in the Reader Blogs

I've already posted two blog posts today, so I won't post another (personal limit, although I think that's a good rule of thumb for everyone...). Besides, I don't know if I could top the post recapping the mundane "piddling" I've taken on today. Ah, the power of the Internet... (heh heh)

But I like this idea of rounding up the reader blog responses to a question. I'm interested in seeing if you get any takers. Even if not, I hope you try again in the future.

"OK, time to make another latte... :-)"

You're cruel CSCS. Just cruel.

I didn't mean to be...I may start picketing outside the TPM offices until Josh gets you an espresso maker:

"No Latte? No Peace!"

Nice job on highlighting and front-paging some of the reader discussion posts, Andrew. I've already read two of them that I would probably have overlooked in the past.

Great! Also write them so we can all benefit from your thoughts.

Andrew,

The Fernandez piece seems to have disappeared from the front page and the Discussion Tables page, and when I try to access it from the hyperlink in this post, I get a message that says I am not authorized to access the page.
